Please note that all credits from tournament unregistrations, including those where players had won their entry, will count as "profits" towards that PWT’s gaming session’s calculation in accordance with the rules we have imposed as a result of the Greek regulations. Note that this has always been the case since PWT was put in place over a year ago. We appreciate the inconvenience that this causes, however due to the nature of the regulations there are unfortunately going to be some unwelcome consequences on certain occasions. I do confirm that the tax deducted from your account for the session of October 19th is correct and will not be refunded. Please also note that it is unnecessary to send multiple emails on the same topic, each email are dealt with in their order of arrival and sending several will only delay the resolution of your case. After a detail review of your issue we can confirm that a sum of €15.29/$19.57 was incorrectly recover for the Greek PWT for the gaming session which occurred between 7am on 17/10/2014 and 6:59am on 18/10/2014. We sincerely apologise for this issue and have now credited the amount to your account. In regards to the €15.4/$19.64 which was deducted from your account for the gaming session 19th Oct 2014. This was due to 3 tournaments which you unregistered from, but had registered for on another date. The 3 tournaments were Friday Night Fight (278447628) $129.00 buy in and Wednesday War (278281883) $129.00 buy in and MTOPS Event #37 (272120151) $0.55 buy in. Because you registered to these tournaments on the 17th and did not unregister until the 19th, when the funds were recredited, they were classed as a profit of €217.50 / $277.50 and therefore taxed as profit. We sincerely apologise for any confusion or frustration caused in this matter, however, the recrediting of the funds should now resolve this issue. Kαλησπερα ...ειμαι καινουριο μελος στο pokerland Παιζω περιπου 1 μηνα στη FULLTILT Τις τελευταιες μερες δημιυργηθηκε το εξης ΠΟΛΥ ΣΟΒΑΡΟ ΘΕΜΑ κατα τη γνωμη μου κ θα ηθελε οποιος γνωρζει σχετικα να προσπαθησει να επικοινωνησει μαζι μου Λοιπον ..το θεμα εχει ως εξης ...πριν περιπου 25 μερες τερματισα στην 5η θεση ενος μικρου τουρνουα κ κερδισα 305$..απο εκεινη τη μερα ακολουθησα τη διαδικασια εγγραφης σε μεθεπομενα τουρνουα ετσι ωστε να μην πληρωσω φορο Στις 17 οκτωβριου ..δηλ.πριν απο 4 μερες επαιξα σε 2 τουρνουα 11 $ κ 1,10 $,συνολο δηλ.12 $ στα οποια εχασα πριν μπω στα λεφτα ( ειχα απεγγραφει απο ολα τα τουρνουα πριν ) Στις 18 οκτωβριου δεν ανοιξα καθολου τον υπολογιστη μου , ομως ελαβα το εξης email απο το support της FULLTILT : security@fulltilt.eu18 Οκτ (Πριν από 4 ημέρες) προς Εμένα Hello Georgia, Please note that in accordance with Greek law, which requires that tax be withheld from profits obtained by you in a “Player Withholding Gaming Session”, your Player Withholding Tax amount for the gaming session that occurred between 7am on 17/10/2014 and 6:59am on 18/10/2014. is €19.57 As there were insufficient funds in your Full Tilt account account to cover the above Player Withholding Tax amount, your account is now restricted until the amount of at least € 19.38 has been deposited.
