Hi to everyone on this forum. My name is Delco and I’m the new poker manager in Apollonia casino. I’m here to apologize and explain if possible the mistakes on the last Student Sunday tournament. First of all the tour so called Student Sunday from the beginning was created for the players with small or no experience with poker live games so the tour demands more “flexibility“ like huge time for the late registrations for us to be able to register every player who is present . In order to do that we are putting extra tables giving great efforts not because of the money of our player’s but because of the players who travelled many kilometers to be part of the tournament. Our policy is always to take care of our visitors and that is the reason why we give free food , drinks and the accommodation is free or with discount. OK let’s get back to the Student tournament with 158 entries. The structure was adjusted according to the number of the players so I admit that this was faster tournament than the usual that we have, and with that adjustment it lasted 12 hours. The extra 1000 points given to some of the players was big mistake and started from one table with wrong prepared stakes. After several hands it was impossible to do something about that, and the new “rule” witch says that players registering on the last level are getting extra 1000 point’s was ruling and we got some players complaining that they didn’t got their 1000 e.t.c . The damage was done.(from one side making the tournament faster, from the other side giving out more chips in the air???) Anyway I would like to thank you gentlemen for posting your comments and making the Student Sunday mature tournament for mature players. In the future I can guarantee that the structure will be permanent and used in every freezeout tournament that we offer and no different stacks on the same tournament for sure. So, to sum things up: in future we will have less participants/players on the tournament but the game will be one of high quality. Enjoy the game!!! P.S.
